“The Cathedral has found Compton to be a reliable, professional, competent and ethical group. Your work with us in our feasibility studies, honing our communication messages, recruiting and orienting volunteers, and monitoring the work has been exemplary. I am happy to give Compton my highest recommendation.”

About Us

Our 50+ years of service to not-for-profit organizations has provided us with the opportunity to assist over 1,000 visionary organizations in 40 countries. We ground ourselves in the data and vision of our clients but understand flexibility and creativity is key to meeting an organization’s needs.

We are curious and take the time to learn about our client’s unique ethos, and we take a specialized approach to all of our clients and tailor each plan to address their goals.

We’re frank and straight-forward, and sometimes very direct. We do not indulge in wishful thinking. Our clients deserve to know what we think is really possible and what can get them there.

Our experience has shown us where and how to be innovative.
